Dear General Currie Families,

We hope you are out enjoying the sunshine this morning following days of cloud and rain!  We are grateful to our parents who were able to come and help with our first and successful hot lunch of the new year.  All that you do to support students and staff is very appreciated…thank you for the sunshine that you bring to our school life!

Thank you to everyone for sending back permission forms and Oval waivers by our January 13th due date.  A gentle reminder that the $12 fee is due this coming Friday, January 20th.

As shared in last week’s WAAG, we are asking for parent volunteers who might be able to join us to assist with our Oval rotation groups on the 26th.  If you are able to spend the school day rotating through activities with a group, please send an email to our office staff at currie@sd38.bc.ca.  Please share your full name and your child(ren)’s name and division number.  Thank you!  We also welcome any family members who wish to join us for a part of the day.   Your child(ren)’s Group # will be shared with you early next week.  Rotation schedules with activity map will also be shared via email early next week.  Copies will also be available at the Oval for use when you arrive.
