Dear General Currie Families,

We look back on an event-filled week with Crazy Hat and Hair Spirit day on Wednesday and our experience at the Olympic Oval for Winter Sports Day this past Thursday.  We want to thank our families for your support in ensuring that we could bring our students outside of our regular walls of 'school' to create an opportunity for a fun-filled learning experience in an entirely other space!  We also want to extend an enormous thanks to our PAC for supporting by voting to help subsidize this event for all.  We are so grateful for all the things you do to help make General Currie a special place to work and learn! 

As February approaches, we look ahead to our upcoming second face-to-face learning update.  Parent Conferences will happen on the 15th and 16th of February.  We look forward to meeting with parents and students once again and to have the opportunity to share in the learning and discuss next steps and goals.  Teachers will reach out to you shortly via email with the opportunity to set appointments on either of these days.  

We also look forward to our upcoming Movie Night.  You will find the flyer attached in our January 20th email last week for instructions on how to register for the event.
